There are still signs left over that tell you “No Trespassing - Delaware & Hudson” Though I missed those signs entering the yard. D&H went bankrupt in 1988, And I think CP rail bought it out.The railroad is a big part of my areas history. Along with ALCO and GE. The D&H has called themselves “America’s oldest continually operated transportation company”. Alot of the Rail overpasses around me still sport the “The D&H Railroad” sign up top.
